Stephanie Chau is a litigation associate at Salisian|Lee LLP. Ms. Chau’s practice focuses on complex business litigation and business formation matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Chau was a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of California, where she handled cases through all phases of litigation. While a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney, she tried five jury trials, handled numerous appeals before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and appeared in federal court hundreds of times. Before becoming an attorney, Ms. Chau was an associate at a large investment firm.
Ms. Chau earned her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law, where she was an Editorial Board Member for the San Diego International Law Journal. She received her B.S. from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business.
Ms. Chau is admitted to practice in California and to appear before the United States District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
