Associate
Glenn Coffman is a litigation associate at Salisian Lee LLP. Mr. Coffman’s practice is focused on representing businesses and individuals in a wide variety of disputes and related matters. Prior to joining Salisian Lee, Mr. Coffman worked at Maynard, Cooper & Gale LLP in San Francisco, California. Immediately following law school, Mr. Coffman completed a yearlong fellowship at the California Department of Justice, in the Civil Rights Enforcement Section.
Mr. Coffman received his J.D. from USC’s Gould School of Law. While there, he externed at the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, and worked for a personal injury firm in Los Angeles. Mr. Coffman also worked on the Review of Law and Social Justice Journal as a staff member. He received his B.A. from UCLA.
Mr. Coffman is admitted to practice law in California.
- Second-chaired three-day arbitration for commercial landlord resulting in favorable arbitration award.
- Coordinated litigation on behalf of Southern California-based institutional lenders prosecuting hundreds of contract-based actions, from case inception through judgment enforcement, throughout California and out-of-state. Managed lawsuits to successfully recover lent funds and equipment leases that were unpaid.
- Successfully represented Service-Industry client in two Premises Liability and Wrongful Death actions seeking over $10 million, resulting in five-figure settlement at Mediation.
- Won Motion for Summary Judgment against commercial tenant for unlawful detainer, including damages of over $400,000.
- Successfully defended Motion for Summary Adjudication seeking denial of bankruptcy discharge against client.
