Richard Lee is a founder and Co-Managing Partner of Salisian | Lee LLP. He focuses his practice on complex business litigation, real estate matters, and general business formation and development for clients in California and beyond. With years of legal practice at large, highly-regarded international, national, and regional firms behind him, his experience spans breach of contract claims, business torts, insurance recovery work, real estate disputes, bankruptcy proceedings, software and technology licensing, construction and mechanic’s lien claims, unfair competition claims, and employment-related issues.
Jay Lichter is an associate at Salisian | Lee LLP. Mr. Lichter’s practice is focused on business litigation for new and emerging businesses. Prior to joining Salisian | Lee, Mr. Lichter began his career and received his training as an associate at a class action law firm in Beverly Hills. While there, he helped bring nationwide, multi-million dollar litigation to settlement. Mr. Lichter also worked as a law clerk for the District Attorney’s Offices of San Diego County and Ventura County, where he gained valuable experience in criminal prosecution.
Han Pai is an associate at Salisian | Lee LLP, where he focuses his practice on general business litigation matters, as well as on the transactional and business formation needs of the firm’s diverse client roster. Mr. Pai divides his time equally amongst the firm’s various practices, representing businesses and entrepreneurs in a wide array of industries throughout Southern California, including real estate, financial services, entertainment, and technology. He handles all phases of litigation, such as pre-judgment and post-judgment remedies, as well as issues that arise in the course of alternative and informal dispute resolution.
Natalie Rastegari is a litigation associate at Salisian | Lee LLP. Ms. Rastegari’s practice is focused on representing Southern California-based businesses and individuals in a wide variety of business matters. Prior to joining Salisian | Lee, Ms. Rastegari began her career and sharpened her legal skills at a business litigation firm in Orange County. While there, she gained significant experience inside and outside of the courtroom, handling all phases of litigation and settlement negotiations, including pre-trial and jury trial practice.
Stephanie Chau is a litigation associate at Salisian|Lee LLP. Ms. Chau’s practice focuses on complex business litigation and business formation matters. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Chau was a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of California, where she handled cases through all phases of litigation. While a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney, she tried five jury trials, handled numerous appeals before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and appeared in federal court hundreds of times. Before becoming an attorney, Ms. Chau was an associate at a large investment firm.
Yujin Chun is a litigation associate at Salisian|Lee LLP. Ms. Chun focuses her practice on representing Southern California-based businesses and individuals across a wide variety of matters. Prior to Salisian|Lee, Ms. Chun gained valuable experience working for litigation boutique firms in both California and New York, as well as for several public interest organizations.
