This week, our attorneys and staff participated in a DiSC assessment and debriefing with an outside HR Consultant. DiSC is a personal assessment tool used to improve work productivity, teamwork, leadership, sales, and communication by measuring personality and behavioral style. The firm hopes to use the results to reinforce existing team communication and, ideally, learn something about how and why we work the way we do. Photos from the workshop, below.
