Patty Chen is a litigation associate at Salisian Lee LLP, where she represents the legal interests of a diverse range of clients across various industries, including commercial real estate and technology. With a strong foundation in both state and federal law, Ms. Chen adeptly navigates complex legal challenges, providing strategic solutions tailored to her clients’ unique needs.
Ms. Chen has substantial experience in drafting motions, managing discovery, and representing clients in mediations and court proceedings. Notably, she has had the opportunity to draft an Appellant’s Opening Brief, an Anti-SLAPP Motion, and an Opposition to an Anti-SLAPP Motion, among other legal documents.
Before joining Salisian Lee LLP, Ms. Chen honed her expertise at prominent law firms in Los Angeles. Her practice encompassed both class action and individual litigation, representing entrepreneurs and individuals in intricate real estate disputes. Her experience covers every phase of litigation, from formulating legal strategies and resolving discovery disputes to engaging in informal settlement discussions and participating in alternative dispute resolution.
Ms. Chen earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, specializing in Public Interest Law and Policy. She graduated cum laude from the University of California, Berkeley, with a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies and Asian American and Asian Diaspora Studies.
