Senior Associate
Jennifer Goldstein is a senior litigation associate with Salisian Lee LLP. In that capacity, she represents individuals and corporate clients in business disputes across industries. Ms. Goldstein has litigated in arbitration, as well as state and federal court, and successfully mediated cases. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Goldstein held Of Counsel and associate-level positions with notable Los Angeles-based law firms handling bet-the-company competitor and class action commercial litigation matters.
Ms. Goldstein is currently the chair of the Business Law Section of the Beverly Hills Bar Association. She received her juris doctor from Georgetown University Law Center. While in law school, Ms. Goldstein externed for Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Jackson when she served on the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Ms. Goldstein also argued a sentencing appeal before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Goldstein earned her master of professionals studies degree in Legislative Affairs and her bachelor’s degree in Women’s Studies, both from George Washington University.
Ms. Goldstein is admitted to practice law in California and the District of Columbia.

- Won summary adjudication of multiple defenses in real estate investment fraud suit, resulting in the Court entering judgment on the defenses in favor of client.
- Obtained seven-figure settlement in favor of client in home renovation dispute with contractor.
- Successfully argued against dismissal of nearly all claims in actions brought against major car manufacturers in federal court.
