Melissa Pender is a litigation associate at Salisian | Lee LLP. Ms. Pender’s practice is focused on representing businesses and individuals in a wide variety of disputes and related matters.
Prior to joining Salisian Lee, Ms. Pender was an associate with Kaufman Borgeest & Ryan LLP in Calabasas, California. She graduated from Fordham University School of Law in 2015. During her law school tenure, she was a legal intern at Coach, Inc. and a judicial extern for the Honorable Robert J. Miller for the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Appellate Division, Second Department in Brooklyn, New York. She also served as a law clerk for Schuman & Associates in Manhattan. Ms. Pender received her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida.
As a law student, Ms. Pender acted as a Negotiation Editor for the Dispute Resolution Society and was part of the ABA Negotiation Competition Team and worked on the Fordham International Law Journal as an Associate Editor.
Ms. Pender is admitted to practice law in California.
